Received Intellectual Property Complaints
I’ve received an Intellectual Property Complaint, the reason being Counterfeit Without a Test Buy. I’ve called Amazon and they’ve advised me to delete the listing and it will resolve in 180 days. This is quite confusing as I’ve read that if you delete the listing that has a violation then things become even harder to resolve. I’ve tried to send a POA but of no avail. Can anyone help??

From the look of it the brand doesn’t match the product. That product is available from numerous sites online under the brand “151 Coating”. SDMAX has been applied by the seller on the listing who also have their own website with the same name.
There isn’t really anything you can do other than delete the listing and find the correct listing on Amazon - there are lots that seem to be genuine variations of that paint brand.
