"Add to cart" and "Buy now" buttons do not show
Hey guys,
I am a new seller in Amazon and I got few issues with my products. I am selling in FBM way, professional account. I did test and I uploaded my product, everything was clear until I saw one difference between my selling product and others. There are not Add to cart and Buy now button, which looks like this:
Insted of that, I see only this button:
There is a function in Amazon, which checks the eligibility of Buy Box and it says that my account does not have it:
OK, that is fine. But I checked the ASIN number of the other seller product, which has Add to cart and Buy now buttons, but I got the same result: they do not have eligibility of Buy Box also. I dont get it.
By the way there is a photo of my Inventory:
I spend so much time on this and I came to conclusion:
Maybe I am do not have eligibility because I am young account or I did something wrong and can not find the answer. Which statement is true? Thank you in advance.

But why when I am checking other sellers eligibility of the Buy Box I got the same result: they do not have eligibility of the Buy Box? I am checking it with ASIN number.

But the last question: does not matter that I am only one tho sells this type of product? There is no other sellers behind that product except me.
