Order Status Incorrect
Incident status: Identified
We are still investigating the issue affecting order statuses. We are treating this with the highest priority, but we have to keep the website in maintenance mode while the fix is implemented.
We will let you know as soon as we are able to disable maintenance mode on the website. There’s no immediate ETA yet but we’re hoping this can be as soon as possible.

Having to pay extra for express delivery to ensure items arrive on time… Royal Mail have yet to offer compensation for that. At least things are back to normal and hopefully they’ve learnt there lesson so this never happens again!
