Amazon account protection for RM delays
Hello fellow Amazon sellers.
Has Amazon protection ended in regards to defects and neg feedback caused by the Royal Mail strikes?
I thought I was doing ok, today I’ve got negatives and A-Z claims galore for items sitting in delivery offices/mail centres or out for delivery tracking notifications for various dates in December.
The protection notice used to be on the seller central account page, but I cant see it now

I think a lot of sellers would argue there was no protection. The message in Account Health strongly suggested Amazon were only looking at delays in getting items shipped, not delays in things arriving with buyers.

Just drop the email to the customer saying the courier attempted delivery and could they collect or arrange re delivery.

I got no protection at all from feedback and A-z claims I had negative feedback left for items where the delivery estimate had not even been reached multiple A-z claims even for goods that had already arrived adays before a-z claims granted for items sold by other companies where the customer had stated the item I sent had arrived but the item sent by the other company had not Amazon state I am responsible.

This morning I woke to an account deactivation warning showing on my homepage. It was from orders ages ago and removed by Amazon due to the Royal Mail situation a few weeks back but has now reared it’s head.
I’m guessing Amazon have lifted the extra protections they had in place on peoples royal mail related account issues.
Completely mad to do this now as obviously people still have issues that showed up from during the time of the strikes.

I have had 10 AtoZ claims due to late delivery by royal mail. All shipping bought through Amazon buy shipping.

I have appleade the 9 and lost. Account health has been effected for 4 of them the other 5 they have removed. I have emailed MD with no response.
