Changed Legal Entity but still suspended
Hello, Amazon temporarily suspended my seller account because I was selling as an Individual, which they decided was the wrong category. I took the time to change the legal entity to LTD, which was verified and accepted 4 days ago, when I received an email saying "Dear Seller,
Good news! Your Selling on Amazon payment account has been activated.
We will get in touch with you if we need more information."
When I go to Settings>Account Info it now says my account is Valid.
So far so good, right? Not so fast - my account is still deactivated! I have appealed but there has been no response. I sent an email through Contact Amazon and got a canned reply that I had to go through the appeal, to which I have added information twice and got no response. Meanwhile, I cannot sell despite having a validated account, and all my stuff is sitting in an FBA warehouse.
Can anyone help or direct me to someone who can?
Most grateful

There is no one who can expedite this for you. There is a long queue of sellers in the same position who have wrongly signed up as an individual when they are obviously running a business
It’s the same verification team who need to reactivate your account who are also checking everyone else so it’s a waiting game.

There are now reports on here of several sellers who changed legal entity and had that email but are still deactivated
