Not getting any sales on Amazon
I am a new seller on amazon. I have listed four products on amazon last month. I have also registered Brand on Amazon successfully. But I am getting very low or nothing sales. I do not know what is wrong with my listings. I have done keyword. title, images, bullet points, and description optimization.
Moreover, I have spent a lot of money on this product doing PPC. According to me, there is no room left to more optimize listings. But the listing is not getting sales.

Please can somebody suggest what is wrong with me why I am not getting any sales?

I don’t know if this is the reason but your title is very long and I’m sure I read somewhere that, if it goes over the recommended character count, then it doesn’t get seen at all (but that might have been in keywords, have you done the same there?) I don’t know why you have added the Amazon and category at the end.
I find the description very confusing, it’s almost like you are describing 2 different products at once (are they poly/cotton or are they satin?) You need to simplify it, something like MIA Pack of 2 Jacquard-pattern, poly-cotton housewife pillow covers with zips, 50cm x 75cm.
Reading through your bullet points there are some small grammatical errors that make it look like English isn’t your first language. I would try to iron those out so that you don’t get confused with the hordes of Chinese sellers on here.
Considering you say you have few to none sales it would be VERY unusual for you to have three product reviews so, if these are from friends, be aware you are playing a very dangerous game that could get you suspended!

Yes, the title may be confusing as you said. I will like to share, poly-cotton is its material type and satin is the quality/feature of the product.

Yes, there may be grammatical errors. You are right English is not my first language.
With the help of ads, I was able to drive some external traffic to the product who bought the product like 20-25 PCs at a coupon discounted which I generated from amazon coupons. I also do not know these people personally. Ignoring these sales there is hardly 10-15 pieces sold. (which includes 7 orders from PPC). Reviews are genuine and 2 got verified from Amazon. They are not from family or friends.

I’d add, the photo is of pillows, you must ONLY show the items being sent, so if pillow covers, then NOT the pillows unless they are included.
Unless an unusual item, will be thousands of searches as well, so be very specific and check others on Amazon that are similar.
Lots also buy PRIME (you can even tick to only choose Prime if you want asap) and Seller fulfilled is not put to the top of Amazon’s searches
