Hermes VTR Issue
Ever since the format of Hermes tracking numbers has changed, Amazon no longer recognises them as ‘valid’
Does anyone have a solution please?

We ship multiple packages daily with Hermes, but have not had any feedback from Amazon that the new 16 digit T00MTA format tracking codes are invalid. We will keep and eye on our VTR rate and report back

Hi , I have Hermes business account since about 4 weeks ago my VTR has dropped from 99 percent to 20 percent
I am in touch with Hermes and Amazon to see if the change in barcode or the courier drop down is an issue as Hermes have … Hermes and Hermes logitic gruppe… my Hermes account automatically ship Hermes logistic gruppe
But I have a feeling it’s to do with the barcode change … any ideas anyone ?

Thanks for reply guys but it doesn’t make sense as I kept a 99 percent VTR rate up till about 3 weeks ago and I have changed nothing.
Hermes business account automatically ships my parcels on seller central but drop down carrier with the intergration says Hermes logistic gruppe
Why was it ok since April than a sudden change past 14 days that made me think the change in tracking number had somthing to do with it
Anybody know how to gets Hermes business account to automatically ship with drop down Hermes ? Instead Hermes logistic gruppe
