Amazons delivery signature policy
Please can anyone help with a link to Amazons seller policy that all orders must be signed for on delivery. Even within the pandemic loosing A-Z Claims as not signed for.

- For delivery related claims: Dispatch method, proof of delivery provided by the carrier including tracking number, customer’s delivery address, customer’s signature confirmation and carrier details.

A-Z what Amazon say and a what Amazon actually do are 2 completely different things. As reported pretty much every day in here it is total pot luck on A-Z.
Mostly it’s sellers who loose out.

They have supplied a video of their ring door bell with the item being delivered, however as they said they have not signed. they have said to amazon they have not received. they are goading as they have won case and received item. provided the video that the customer sent but amazon does not care

Why would you send a seller a ring doorbell video showing you receiving the parcel and then say you hadn’t received it? Wow
