No sales since "handling capacity" email
I received an email stating I have to change my capacity to take a certain amount of orders. I never tried this but have had no sales since. Desperate to check it out. Can get to settings and then shipping settings but cannot find “General Shipping Settings” from that page in order to access the handling time. This has given me a headache!!! Can anyone direct me where to find “General Shipping Settings” once on the shipping page?

That’s not what it says - it is a new feature which is optional and is there for use if a seller can only process a certain amount of orders each day. Not using it doesn’t impact your ability to sell.

At the top (just under the “shipping settings” title) there are two tabs.
My first thought is that your shipment limit is 1 or something… could be totally unrelated to the new system though.
