Suspected Product Authenticity

Hello everyone

We are writing to address the suspected product authenticity issue associated with our account. We take this matter and Amazon’s Anti-Counterfeiting Policy very seriously and are committed to ensuring full compliance with all policies to provide customers with authentic products. Upon receiving Amazon's notification, we conducted a thorough review and took immediate action. The product in question has been permanently deleted from our inventory and will not be relisted in the future .We have carefully reviewed all other product listings to ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and that all items meet authenticity standards. We have reinforced our internal protocols to prevent any recurrence of such issues. This includes additional training for our team on Amazon’s Anti-Counterfeiting Policy and implementing stricter sourcing controls to verify product authenticity before listing. We would like to emphasize that this product was never sold through our account. However, we acknowledge our responsibility as a seller on Amazon to ensure the integrity of our listings. We deeply regret any inconvenience this matter may have caused. Amazon sent me a violation to verify the authenticity of the products and suspended my account. We sent Amazon all the documents it requested .Supplier's address, phone number, product ASIN number and invoices. We haven't made any progress so far. Could artificial intelligence be checking the documents I send? I'm curious about this, thank you to everyone who responded and helped. And also for 2 asins. Amazon sent an email about that we can list it again and we wont be penalized due to these 2 asins. ( B0040ZOD68/B000ALBLAM ) And unfortunately, we have more asins about the same issue. ( B001JCX8SE-B000BPG4SG-B00KGHZFUM-B004RSZA38-B004L0L7T8-B01NCNW0TD) We want to reactivate our account again. Please help !

Account suspensions are more of a "trick".

You think its just to send over what they are requesting. That is not the end of the story.

In the beginning, its artificial intelligence. But if you are sending the correct information, it will be send to an actual person.

Send as much information as possible that confirms that you know that your items were counterfeit. Amazon has a major counterfeit problem that most are unaware of because its unannounced. And you cannot spot a counterfeit problem with the naked eye.

To give you an idea, counterfeit products are so common in China that Amazon actually prevents access to Amazon China from a computer. It must be accessed via a phone.

There are hundreds of Chinese sellers doing the same thing you are doing only they believe they have done nothing wrong. To differentiate yourself, you must send over everything you can think of that confirms you know you did something wrong.

Let me clarify this for you - the appeals are actually reviewed by human investigators. I took the initiative to contact the review team and they informed me that there are some concerns with your submitted invoices. They're not currently meeting Amazon's validity requirements.

I notice you've submitted supplier information and invoices, but it's crucial that these documents meet all of Amazon's specific requirements. I strongly recommend reviewing the Invoice requirements for appealing a policy violation page in detail. Additionally, please be aware that Amazon may try to directly contact your supplier and also verify their information - if this verification process is unsuccessful, the invoices cannot be accepted.

The key to moving forward is ensuring your documentation fully meets these requirements. The more thorough and compliant your documentation is, the smoother the review process will be.

The seller community and I are here to provide further clarification if needed. Thank you for bringing your concerns to the sellers forum, and we're committed to helping you navigate through this process successfully.

Best,

-Roxy
