why my inventory went in as MFN

Hi,

I do not remember sending my inventory for MFN, but since it's "in MFN," where is this located, and how can I access the inventory? Can the MFN be converted over to FBA? I have no way of accessing that inventory. Can the inventory be sent back to me? If not, maybe someone can explain how I can access the MFN inventory, please?
