FBA shipment refused
Hi i sent my product to amazon warehouse it has still been in transit since the 19th i am concerned where my stock is
I have just checked and It says in the note
- Customer refused delivery - order will be returned
Why has it been returned ?

Which courier did you use to send it? Was it sent via an approved courier?
If it has been refused there is not much you can do for now, the courier should return it to you. Their tracking page should update with the tracking of the package back to you.
