Listing dissapeared from search pages
We have been selling luggage on amazon for the last 3 years or so , i noticed my listings for hand luggage have just disappeared from the search page for key words as hand luggage , it was on the first page half way down ,and in the top 100 carry ons ranked 30 currently 18!, however the listing has disappeared , the same for my large holdall, its ranked top 34 for travel duffles yet has now gone to 3rd page despite getting sales of 8 to 12 a day on each listing, i have tried different browsers to see if its a issue with me however on my phone its not showing either and different browsers show the same issue , anybody having the same issue
or any help to find ou why this has happened?

Hi,
Did you check if your listings’ keywords/search terms/other additional infos are still where they should be? Sometimes, with this marketplace’s tech updates, they get “mysteriously” emptied/deleted resulting in the drop on the search page and, of course, sales…
Also, if your products aren’t showing as active, it’s possible that they have the “Suppressed” status: in that case, check your inventory in Seller Central.

Do the listing titles or bullet points include any third party trademarked brand names?
Also, are the product images fully compliant with all Amazon policies?
If you posted the ASINs, it would be helpful.
Normally, something like this happens after Amazon suddenly starts enforcing a policy they didn’t use to before.

You are not the only one. I have noticed the amazon catalogue has completely changed recently in certain categories. It’s all a mess. I don’t know what amazon are doing at their backend but they need to sort it Asap.
Have other products that you remember also ranking high in search results using the keywords you’re talking about also disappeared?

I noticed the same issue with my listing today and opened a case about it , I actually was on the top of the search page but now no where to be found , I really hope this is a technical problem and will be sorted out soon as it is affecting our sales.
