Unable To List Approved Brand Glitch

Is anyone else having issues trying to list items (which are not in the Amazon catalogue) by a brand which you have been approved to sell?.
I was approved to sell the brand a week ago having completed a 2-step process and issued all the necessary photographs, documents etc. However the listing template is still requesting that I need to apply to list the brand?.
I am currently in circles with seller support who insist that I am approved to sell the brand and don’t appear to know what the problem is. I am also typing the brand name correctly as is queried.
Could this be a technical glitch?. Or is there generally a delay in approval and how long can I expect to wait to be able to list items?.
