Can anyone tell me if this is a genuine Amazon e-mail address?
Had an e-mail today from ‘Amazon Services’

I got exactly the same message today. I think it’s a scam email.

Hi, I have just received the same email, and my account is ok, so I reckon spam and I forwarded it to amazon at stop-spoofing@amazon.com

Sounds like a scammer to me. If there’s nothing on your account, and it addresses you as ‘Dear Customer’ rather than by your Amazon ID name, and asks you to click on a link: it’s as dodgy as a nine-pound note. DON’T click on the link, and forward the message to Amazon’ ‘stop.spoofing’ address

I’m pretty certain that domain is not registered to Amazon!
Almost certainly a phishing attempt.

I feel it ok as they sent phone security code

Defo scam email. The email address is not even from amazon and the domain/website name redirects to a testing page. Also if the link does not go to sellercentral-europe.amazon.com then don’t click the link. Almost all links in an amazon email will go to your seller page or somewhere on Amazon.

Yes just spoke to seller support who confirmed it is a spoof account and to forward to stop-spoofing@amazon.com

The email address is irrelevant. In this case it seems a poor attempt to disguise it, but it’s not difficult to clone a genuine Amazon email address as the “from”, so you can’t rely on that as a tell-tale. Hovering over the link should show the bogus URL.
I got one today from "no-reply@amazon.com" re: “Action Required: Incomplete VAT calculation settings” with a convenient link to update them, and I am sure a convincing login page to steel my password.
You should see a flag in your sellercentral, if there is a genuine problem with your account.
Safest rule of thumb (and index finger), don’t ever click on links in emails.
