My Prices Have Disappeared In Search
I have been selling on Amazon for 15 years. Strange thing happened the other day, My prices for products have disappeared in search. Has anyone ever seen or had this happen? Only thing showing is product picture and short description. You have to click on product to view price. This is obviously having an effect on our sales as we were around 25% down for the last few days.

This is because you have lost the buy box.
I have checked a few of your products and It is not your normal competitiors that have it, but in the majority of cases Amazon themselves that are winning it.

I thought that too however even some of the items i am the only seller for have this.? I am wondering if Amazon are running tests again for this new bot process? Its only been since Thursday.

I should have included fulfillment method too. In the past it was always loaded in favour of FBA but with lockdown that switched to FBM and now appears to have swung slightly back again.
The recent problem of BB removal seems more common now too.

I have noticed this and its been going on for a while now. I was checking a board game this morning and the ONLY price showing was the Amazon price. Even clicking on it wasn’t working.
