Amazon PPC - Low Impressions and Sales

Hey Guys,

I began selling my multivitamin product on Amazon in January 2021.

I’ve been using Amazon PPC but so far I have a 105% ACoS… and I hardly get any impressions on most of my keywords (even though I bid a lot higher than recommended).

Is anyone able to inform me what I’m doing wrong, or things I can change to improve? Would be much appreciated.

Without knowing the marketplace and the keywords you are going after I can’t comment on the impressions.
What I will say is you need to take a step back and learn the platform and devise a plan. You have an average CPC of £1.02 on a £10 (inc VAT) RRP. Doing basic math’s if the item costs you nothing if 4 people click and don’t buy you won’t make money (getting 4 to click and buy is almost impossible unless it is a super niche keyword).

Ourselves in textiles are averaging 1 in 20 buying in non peak season.

It looks to me like you’re running multiple campaigns to the same products based on keyword type? They will be competing campaigns and bring your quality score down. That’s not how you run campaigns.

Also, your click through rate is terrible, so I would guess you are too expensive, simply. Your listings have thousands of impressions, but people are not clicking. It can only be price or image.

Hey - agree with sticyrico1. From all the research I have done, they all use multiple campaigns on the same product. It helps organise budget/bid strategy.

Is there another reason why I only get impressions from excessively high bids?
