how to fix this error ?

i keep getting this error when i try to set prep and lable by amazon ( Label owner updates failed for 1 of your SKUs) ? anyone know whtas wrong ?

Hello @Seller_iIkSE5S5lUFwx. I see you are having issues with the "Set Prep and Label Owner" feature.

Does it show that the SKU does not require preparation? That may cause issues if you are trying to change prep owner for such a SKU.
