Account Deactivated
Our account has been deactivated as we had mistakenly not selected correct legal entity. This has now been updated and all information supplied. We did actually receive an email saying that we were now able to sell on Amazon. However, the account remains deactivated. I have submitted an appeal, but we have had no response. Is there any other way that I can contact someone to speak about this? We have payments being held whilst the account is deactivated.

was the email stating that your selling on amazon payments account has been activated ?
if so, thats different to your account and ltd company verification can take months

Appeals can take weeks, if not months, at present. There is no way of speeding up the process: you just have to wait your turn in the queue, while checking your messages and Performance notifications in case Amazon ask for more information
But how can you have been selling on here for over 3 years using a limited company that was set up 6 years ago, and not had the right legal entity?
