HELP I CANNOT GET ANYWHERE WITH AMAZON SELLER CASE MANAGEMENT

Amazon have 'helpfully' signed me up for ERP and assigned me to 2 categories to sell in the French market - I assume so they can charge twice! . I have tried to contest the charge but they say I need to correct the mis categorisation myself. The instructions on how to achieve this are not clear.

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE PROVIDE A SCREEN SHOT OF HOW TO DO THIS?

I am going slowly mad, trying to a get a straight answer from Amazon on this.

Help is much appreciated

Have you taken a look at the Extended Producer Responsibility requirements: France help page?

You can see all available EPR categories in the EPR compliance portal. If some categories do not apply to you, you can leave those fields blank.
