Read onlyI have to post this from my 2nd business account, as Amazon have made it IMPOSSIBLE to get support if you cannot use your account.
On my main account, amazon has had the following message come up for weeks
"The information you have provided for 'My Name' has been successfully submitted.
We are reviewing your account and will provide an update within 24 hours of submission."
I am unable to access any other pages, cannot use the help section or open up a case, I'm stuck in this limbo.
Everybody in customer service has been unable/unwilling to help, and I need to access this account, what do I do?
