A-Z claim, change delivery address

this is going to be crazy right now.
Customer order: 13 March
Delivered: 19 March (requires signature for pickup)
Customer message that he want to change the address or cancel order: 27 March
Yesterday A-Z claim = granted
“We have debited the amount from your account and have counted the claim against your Order Defect Rate.”
What I have done wrong? A-Z claims are processed by bots? They do not check everything before they make a judgment?

Does that mean it is at a collection/sorting facility?
If it is then it is effectively undelivered. You need to appeal the A2Z saying it has been delivered but the customer needs to contact to arrange redelivery.

Yes, I have confirmation. Amazon solves the case in favor of the buyer and returns the money to him without checking all things. This is the biggest problem.
