Issues with info on MyHermes & Parcel2go
Is anyone else having issues with uploading orders via the likes of MyHermes or Parcel2go as when I try to upload orders the name and address are missing from customers and having to created each order manually at the minute.

Partial Solution: for parcel2go
P2G are requesting people to relink their amazon account. Simply upload their new token code from P2G input this into Amazon. It will take 15 minutes for Amazon to update so if you get a fail message on P2G just wait longer before resubmitting. Once the link is done. It’ll upload all info.
Hermes: Still faulty.
Hermes: uploads with only the postcode and that’s it.
Renew your: Manage your apps Amazon linked accounts does not solve the issue.
Creating a new link on Amazon does not solve the issue.
