Seller support keep closing my case as answered

I’ve opened a case with seller support and they’ve responded a few times but wither not understood the question or not answered it fully. The same rep answered the last 2-3 times and the last 2 messages were a copy/paste job of his previous answer.
Now, whenever I reopen the case and ask them to answer, they just mark it as answered again right away even though they have not answered.

Anyone know what’s going on? Or how to get them to answer?

Thanks!

Same here! they are not interested in what sellers want or need.

I’ve seen cases closed as answered immediately and it normally means they’ve transferred to another department.

It’s annoying because then you can’t track the case and you don’t always know what’s the reason.

If they gave you more of any update it might be easier so it might be work opening a new case and asking to clarification on what’s happening.

This means it’s been transferred to another dept.

It’s utterly crap and unprofessional as you have no idea if anyone’s even looking at it, and you’re 99% sure not to get a reply.

Thanks, I have just got off the phone from them. They also advised starting again with a new case. She couldn’t explain why it was repeatedly closed though.

there was seller pole on my seller central page and it asked if amazon were responsive to the needs of its sellers. i ticked the strongly disagree button and added some comments about this sort of thing and guess what i got the response stating your response cant be sent at this time please try again later and now the poll widget has gone! do you think i would have had the same if i had been praising them? i doubt it!

Does anybody know how the Seller Support persons are being paid? Per reply, as soon as it pops up on the screen, bonus if good feedback?

Often when they close cases they open other cases with relivent departments, you might find in a few days you will have replies to your cases or messages from amazon.

Seems to me seller support is more a go between for customer to the relivent uncontactable department.

I called in about a feedback removal 2 days ago, the case was marked as answered but he sent a new case to the feedback department apparently he couldnt do anything, seems seller support doesnt have much power to take actions.

Gawd I hate seller/customer support sooooooooooooo much!!! They make my life hell with their stupidity.

Just now, I’ve had a message from Amazon customer sevices regarding a “mutual customer”, “wheres my stuff”.
You mean the stuff you ordered at 6pm on the 14th with 2nd class post? It was shipped yesterday as your order states. Why are you complaining that it should have arrived already?? Amazon customer services pass this straight on to us, rather than telling her that her order was only just dispatched and she is WAY to early to be asking “wheres my stuff”.

How can people BE so stupid?!?!
Please bring back Natural Selection. We’re destroying ourselves.

Same, ‘You’re document is not signed or dated’ erm yes it is, quite big writing at the bottom… ‘Your manufacturer names don’t match’ erm, yes they do… exactly. 3 weeks and counting to be allowed to sell a product already on Amazon, using the same documents, and they’ve already taken £30 off me…

Give us a number and person to talk to…
