We already have UK VAT, we already contact HMRC onlineselling compliance at hmrc gsi gov UK to check our VAT status and ask for withdrawal notice to Amazon to allow us to sell on Amazon.co.uk. But HMRC onlineselling compliance at hmrc gsi gov UK for 7 Digit CFSS. Does anyone have idea or encountered on this the same issue. We already reaching out to Account Health Specialist but same they will let us contact HMRC onlineselling compliance at hmrc gsi gov UK.

Looking forward to someone who could help us or provide us guidance, ideas to resolve this situation.

We need to use our UK and Europe balance of £27,286 to settle a VAT liability of £27,103.45 .

Amazon currently holds approximately £27,286 from our sales. As a small business, we only have £1,000 in our bank account. According to a recent UK parliamentary decision, Amazon is not permitted to lock our balance, so we need to use it to settle the VAT debt.

amazon send us an email after contacting them saying we need to send £27,103.45 even if our balance is £27,286 .

how to deal with this situation ?

We received performance notification: per our preliminary assessment, Amazon is required to account for GBP 2********* VAT on your sales to consumers to date. You will be required to remit this to Amazon. If you already paid your VAT for this period directly to HMRC, you can work with your current tax advisor to re-claim this back from HMRC.



We have contacted with HMRC and provided all documents they required, after check these documents, they agreed to give back the money to us. but after waiting for almost half year, we haven't got money from HMRC. We sent many Emails to HMRC, but no response.

Is there anyone has the same issue?
