Buyer to seller messages & 24hrs to respond
I understand that a seller has 24 hrs to respond to a buyer message - but where is the performance metrics is this shown if I take longer than 24hrs - or what happens if I take longer than 24hrs?
(so far all are under 24hrs)

I believe this is only on business buyer accounts
Someone mentioned this previously and I couldn’t see it
Someone else screenshot what they could see and we worked out you could see it when logged in as a business buyer (if I remember correctly lol)

They removed the performance section for it a good few years back
AFAIK it’s not actually monitored officially anymore

I think the only area it actually displays in any capacity is on the customer facing seller information page. On the block where the customer can ask a question - it shows your average response time.
