The featured offer chart on the seller central homepage has increased,but when i started to put products on my store,I could not take any buybox on them,What's the reason,My featured offer for now is 0 :(

I have lost all of my featured offers since wednesday last week. Amazon have investigated and told me on two occasions that there is no issue with my seller account and i should be elegible for the featured offers. Despite this, i do not have one single featured offer.
I have requested it to be manually overriden but nobody has been able to help me. Would you please look into this for me as a matter of urgency?

Having the same issue, randomly 15 asins been turned to no for featured offer eligibilty. Getting the same scripted response.
Even my own Product has been supressed. losing bsr and sales

It should be kind of system bug and many other seller facing this issue.

All are FBA and lowest price.
