Persistent FBA Fee Correction Issue Due to Incorrect Height Measurement
Hello everyone,
I'm hoping to get some advice on a recurring issue with FBA fee corrections. I recently updated my product's packaging dimensions, ensuring the height is now below 2.5 cm, while the width and length are within the correct limits. However, every time I apply for a fee correction, the system still registers the height incorrectly, which leads to higher FBA fees.
I've submitted multiple forms of packaging proof to verify the actual dimensions, but my requests continue to be denied. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with height discrepancies, or found an effective way to resolve it? Any insights on how to communicate this more effectively with Amazon’s support team, or tips on additional steps I might try, would be highly appreciated.
