Amazon Conformity checks

Can anybody please help?

We are an automotive accessories who are brand registered and both on Seller Central and Amazon Brand Registry, when we are listing new products, brand new from our suppliers no listings ever been made before they are getting blocked.

When i open a case with Amazon they are blocked due to needing a conformity check.

We complete the checks for Amazon, comply with regulations and email the relevant email address ‘eu-electronics-safety@amazon.co.uk’ with the evidence and this has been 3 weeks and they still haven’t got back to me?
