Send same email in bulk to buyers
We have inadvertently sent the incorrect tracking details to our buyers and we would like to notify them of this error.
How do we send the same email in bulk to all our recent buyers?

Personally, I would suggest that you not do that.
Tracking should be entered on Amazon, so you would need to update that tracking reference for each order.
Unless you are talking about high value orders, then your probably just inviting issues by telling them to be honest.
And as far as I’m aware, there is no way of bulk sending emails to customers, unless you have the details downloaded into your own database. Which you could then use standard email to do so.
Play caution here though, Amazon do not like emails being sent out to customers, unless absolutely necessary and even then, a bulk email could raise flags.
