I purchased the CQNSTORE LTD Amazon seller account, but it is associated with an account from the previous owner. I can’t prove to amazon that I purchased the account so my account is suspended. What should I do to reactivate my account? Please help. Thanks.

Do you mean the previous owner transferred the account to you on Amazon through the proper process, or did they just add your info to Companies House and give you the Amazon login info? Or something else?

What actually happened? It looks like you have two ltd companies and are using one as your store name on Amazon but with the other companies info?

Do i understand correctly that the account what you bought it was suspended because it is associated with another account of the previous owner?
When you bought this business the account was already suspended?
