I signed on 28 Feb and submitted all the required documents but after 22 days my account is still pending verification how much time does Amazon take for verification I emailed so many times but still my account is pending verification

My account has been in verification since 11th April and today is the 20th April and still not heard back from Amazon.

I have raised numerous cases but they constantly get transferred to the verification and they dont reply at all. I have money in account level reserve which cant be paid out until the verification is done.

I have submitted all up to date documents and everything is in order. I have also emailed the seller-verification-enquiry email multiple times but they fail to reply.

Is there anyone at Amazon that can help?
