Read onlyHi- is there anyone on Amazon that can help with this? We submitted multiple documents over a month ago for our UK account over a month ago. We submitted all documents and bank statements that reflect the company that our UK account is registered to. initial verification was working correctly. again i have received the notification for upcoming call next during 3 days for verification documents , still no response from Amazon verification team after 20 days. he is hurt and disappoint to seller, we are invested with your platforms, i have sent regional all documents, but is again and again verification. the account is on hold, at least should return seller's fund if Amazon is not satisfied from the seller and after can block account. Amazon should be policy fair with the seller related verification process.
