Hi, I've had our account suspended & have received the following message. Which is strange because i don't drop ship & i have always shipped the products on the same day.
Any ideas what I can do. I have shown photos of our retail store, evidence of purchase direct from manufacturer, Invoices etc. Very annoying to have to prove compliance to srop shipping when i don't do it.
