Your Amazon.co.uk Seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings have been disabled. Funds will not be transferred to you, but will be held in your account while we work with you to address this issue. This may take up to 90 days, but funds may be held for longer. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account.

We transferred this account via the official Amazon route in 2021 from my partners name to myself and changed the business name under my own UTR number.. i have been selling fine since 2021 and this morning i have had an email to say my account has been suspended due to our old account??? this is isane! Surely they know that we did a transfer of ownership???

Has anyone else received a deactivation email this morning?

For clarity, i take it you had an account yourself and your partner had one. Then your partner transferred their account to yours.

The question then becomes what did you do with your old account? It sounds like you maybe left it dormant and now it has been deactivated.

Assuming i've gotten that right, then as far as Amazon are concerned you have had 2 accounts since 2021 and presumably the old one now wants verification again due to lack of use.

might not help you now ... but what you should have done was transfer your old account into your partners name - then you wouldnt have 2 accounts in your name ( which is not allowed by Amazon )

Hello, friendly reminder, at first you must reactivate all amazon stores in all marketplaces where you are selling or not, for exampe: DE, FR, ES, IT, NE, SE, PL, BE, JP, AU, USA, CA. When these marketplaces will be active, go to your UK seller central and reactivate your UK account :)
