FBA suspension?
Hi all,
i got the below in an email yesterday, however i’ve had no message, checked performance in my account, all my FBA items have gone deactivated? so not sure what’s going on?
Anyone ever had something like this? or am i looking in the wrong place.

Hello from Fulfilment by Amazon,
We previously notified you that your selling privileges have been suspended or that your access to Amazon selling services is limited.
You have remaining inventory in our fulfilment centres. Your inventory will be returned to you, or disposed of, based on the settings (including the time period) you selected on the Fix stranded inventory page. FBA removal order fees and disposal fees will apply. If you have not selected any settings on the Fix stranded inventory page, some or all your inventory will be disposed of after 90 days from the date of this notification. To customise your settings, go to [Fix stranded inventory] and select Edit automatic-action settings .
If you take the necessary steps to restore your Selling privileges and reactivate your listings in any one of the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Spain, or France marketplaces, your inventory will not be automatically removed.
If your selling privileges are not restored, or you have not submitted a removal order by 2021-01-28, we will dispose of some or all of the inventory at your cost in accordance with FBA policy. If you had inventory that became stranded at a later date, you may receive a subsequent email regarding that inventory. To view the automatic removal dates for all your stranded inventory, visit the [Fix stranded inventory] page.
If credit card information is missing from your account, please [update your credit card information or submit a removal order.
Inventory in reserved status is currently not eligible for removal. Keep checking your inventory status and remove any items no longer in reserved status. We will also dispose of some or all inventory still in reserved status after 2021-01-28.

Hi,
Check in your account info… you may be going through re-verification and need to send identity or company details for confirmation …passport, etc.

I have had the same email twice but still active. Seller support doesn’t seem to know why I am receiving this email.
