SOS Guys, Account inactive due to claims of infringement

this is what i received.

– Proof of product authenticity (e.g., invoice, Order ID, licensing agreement, letter of authorization). It must clearly prove that your products do not infringe any intellectual property rights. Please send this information, any other documentation, and a list of impacted ASINs to notice-dispute@amazon.co.uk.

Despite submitting an invoice from manufacturer in China, amazon dispute team still thinks it is not sufficient or they keep sending me same reply all the time. I ca;;ed but they referred me back to the dispute team who are not of great help, it feels like they have already taken side, all i say or proof doesn’t matters. i tied to contact seller but they reply they will not rest until amazon takes down all my listing away, well it feels like a plot to me.
Where to go? what to do? Help someone.
