Fake Product Reviews Removal
Hi
Anyone got advice how to get an unverified review removed from a listing
have proof this is not a genuine review - 0 pieces had been delivered on review date via any sales channel
the review is not a verified purchase
Also seems to be pattern of negative unverified reviews on their account - every unverified product review starting “My hubby bought this” then followed by the most detailed bad review they could write.
its quite obviously competition abusing policies however amazon taking no action. even states in review “I also used to sell it…”
have tried report abuse, and opened a case submitting proof and explaining, & emailed community-help@amazon.co.uk
All times amazon have taken no action, thought this was an issue amazon took seriously? what else to do here any ideas?

You’d have to imagine that the fact they allow unverified reviews to begin with means they won’t remove it.

2 weeks on still no action, this fake review dropped the listing 600,000 places in the sales rankings.
here’s 2 things i have learned share with other sellers on this seller fourm.
amazon does not follow its guidelines for clear examples of fake reviews- reviews cant be trusted
if no action is taken seems to work for reducing down competitions listing, seems to be effective
