We are super frustrated as we are receiving plenty of messages from customers saying they are receiving empty boxes. We checked all the orders affected and all of them are orders dispatched from the Amazon fulfilment Centres (any order was dispatched as SPF/FBM and it cannot be a coincidence ) so we believe that the Amazon employees are stealing our products (jewellery products). We escalated this with our Marketplace Consultant but is taking ages to be resolved so I am wondering if you are experiencing the same problem and how are you dealing with it.
