1. Inventory Purchase from the person who owned the suspended account.

As part of this agreement, my company Node Holdings Inc. purchased inventory for the HOKO brand directly from [Removed personal information].
• Unawareness of Prior Account Suspension: Until our account was suspended, we were completely unaware of the fact that [Removed personal information] also owned a separate Amazon seller account, “Perfume E11even Farnandez”, which had been suspended for policy violations. We only learned about this after our own account suspension and upon asking [Removed personal information], who confirmed this past account ownership. If we had known about the Perfume E11even account and its suspension, we would have never entered into this agreement or purchased inventory from him.
2. Use of Credit Card for Logistical Support:
• To facilitate our brand representation of HOKO, [Removed personal information] provided his Amex credit card for the purchase of a laptop for his brand's privacy & security reasons, through our Amazon buyer account (canceled Order #113-8937206-7349040) as part of the logistical support agreement. This laptop was essential for managing the HOKO brand operations and was not connected to the Perfume E11even account. However, we recognize that using Mr. Fernandez’s personal credit card and billing address may have been flagged as a second potential link.
Acknowledgment of Our Mistake:
• We acknowledge that we made an error by not conducting thorough due diligence before entering into this agreement with Mr. Fernandez and purchasing inventory from him, We should have talked to someone in the Amazon support team and verified everything about this brand HOKO and its owner. We sincerely assure you that this was a mistake made out of complete unawareness and without any intent to violate Amazon’s policies. Moving forward, we will ensure 100% due diligence and thoroughly vet any future business partnerships or agreements.
Clarification of Independence:
• Separate Operations: Node Holdings Inc. is an independently registered company. We have been selling iPhone cases on Amazon since January 2024 and only began representing the HOKO brand in October 2024. We had no prior connections with [Removed personal information] and no prior knowledge of the Perfume E11even Farnandez account and were completely unaware of its existence until our account suspension.
• Affidavit Confirmation: Attached is a notarized affidavit from Mr. Brian S. Fernandez, affirming that Node Holdings Inc. is not connected to Perfume E11even Farnendez seller account and outlining our exclusive agreement for HOKO.
Demonstrating Our Sincerity:
• We are committed to full transparency and compliance with Amazon’s policies. This suspension has placed a significant burden on our small business, and we respectfully request a re-evaluation to rectify this situation.
Supporting Documentation Provided to Amazon.
1. Affidavit from [Removed personal information]: Detailing our exclusive agreement for HOKO and confirming no connection between Node Holdings and Perfume E11even.

6. Payment Proof is not provided because we got 90 days credit from the brand which is mentioned on the invoice as well.
