Seller Fulfilled Prime Order Volume

We have recently graduated from the Seller Fulfilled Prime trial, and I've set a "Prime Order Volume" limit on our account, when the limit was hit, the prime badge was disabled, but the orders are instead coming through as "Premium Shipping", so they still have a same day dispatch and next day delivery promise. Effectively no different to the prime orders just without the badge.

I thought once we hit the limit the orders would revert to standard shipping, or at move onto the next day as the dispatch by date?

Does anyone know how we can disable the premium shipping once the daily prime order volume has been hit? In the SFP shipping template, Standard Shipping, Two-Day Premium Shipping (Order by 2:00 p.m) and One-Day Premium Shipping (Order by 2:00 p.m) are all preselected and greyed out so none of the options can be turned off.

Hello @Seller_OIsMndROkW2LI

When you update the shipping template under Shipping Settings, are you clearing the One-Day Delivery and Two-Day Delivery option before submitting?

Help page reference: Premium Shipping

On our SFP shipping template we can't deselect One-Day Delivery or Two-Day delivery, they are preselected and greyed out.

The issue is when we hit our prime order volume limit, all the orders that come through after that default to premium shipping and still have a same day dispatch etc.

So the prime order volume limit is useless because it defaults to premium shipping instead, which is the same as SFP just without the badge.

How can you turn off premium shipping without disabling SFP?

Hello again :)

Ok ok I see, in order for me to have a look and check with internal team, can you provide me case ID# related to this?

I don't think the OP was talking about the shipping templates being updated. They are setting the SFP order limits. Please advise as this is a concern for us too.

I have a case ID: 10498690562

The issue is temporarily fixed by accident, but we need something permanent as I think premium shipping will enable it's self again once the metrics drop off in 30/40 days time.

Basically we lost our ability to use premium shipping as Royal Mail failed to deliver 5 out of 58 items on time, so our on time delivery dropped below 97%, it didn't effect SFP, just our premium shipping eligibility.

The result of this is now the SFP Order Volume setting works as expected, once we hit our limit for the day orders revert to standard shipping and use our default handling time setting which is 2 days.

The issue is that when you hit your SFP order volume for the day, they come through as premium shipping instead, which is still a 0 day handling time. You can't turn off premium shipping without also turning off SFP via shipping templates.

Essentially all we need is a way to disable premium shipping without disabling SFP.

I have been looking and so far the response I got is: Selling Partner receives orders that are not Prime, but still require premium shipping. This is because Premium Shipping is an option separate from Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) and can be turned off. At the present, the SP is not eligible for Premium Shipping, so there are no proactive actions to perform. Once the SP is eligible for Premium Shipping, they will need to disable the option in their shipping settings.

I am still looking to see if there is something else, if I found another path/option I will keep you post it.

JiAlex

OK thank you I understand that, the issue I am having is there is no option to disable premium shipping without also disabling SFP.

So whilst I agree they are separate, there is no way to disable premium shipping in the shipping settings without also disabling SFP.
