How to contact seller support by phone?
I am struggling to get in contact with the seller support over the phone.
Please, can anyone advise me on how to go about this issue.

You can request a call back, BUT you have to be on the Pro Selling Plan, ie. pay the £30 a month fee.
Otherwise it is email only.

Welcome to the madhouse. It used to be just possible, now its almost impossible. The last time I needed to speak to them I phoned customer support ( which, in keeping with Amazons general attitude is a lot easier ) and asked them to transfer me to seller support, which they did. But even if you do get through, many of the people you speak to dont know a great deal, you have to get THEM to transfer you to someone up the line. And if they say they will phone you back, they probably wont.
