Verification Docs issue after 5 years of selling on same docs- Clarification required

We need clarification on why our account has been under KYC suspension after selling for more than 5 years after selling on same documentation, Clarification has been requested on multiple occassions

Already submitted 9 docs which includes, Passport bank statement, Internet Bills, VAT, GST, Driving License, IEC

Amazon needs to clarify if they are actually trying to help sellers in business building or not?
