My Amazon account is 99% SFP and as you would expect 99% of the orders I ship are via the buy shipping process within Amazon. Due to the size and weight of my product all my buy shipping labels are shipped with DPD. Recently I have been made aware of an issue that DPD are having scanning the labels that are produced via the Amazon buy shipping process. I have checked and double checked this issue is with the Amazon labels not my printer or print format. Has anyone else experienced this recently with DPD?

I need an invoice for all shipping labels I bought from Amazon shipping. I only buy shipping through Amazon for letters. No VAT therefore is not in the tax library. I need this to claim as an expense. Also need an invoice for the monthly payment to Amazon £25

Seller support is not being helpful

Could someone point me out in the right direction?

We currently use Shipstation to generate our shipping labels. We have just recently added Amazon Buy Shipping as a carrier on Shipstation. However, we cannot create any Buy Shipping labels due to the following error code:

Requested shipping service was not in the list of eligible shipping services returned by Amazon for this order. (Generic). (400, a82d7aff-e7d3-4cf3-8c44-bb765f7b8d1f)

Neither Shipstation or Amazon have the answers. We have accepted all T&Cs on both sides with no success.

Anyone else have this issue or have a workaround?
