Adding tracking to Buy Shipping

If I Buy shipping with Amazon, can I add the tracking to the consignment for the customer to see please. It’s royal mail 2nd class, and you get a parcel reference number, which even though it’s not full tracking, it shows you if it’s been delivered or not. It just leaves the tracking as blank as it’s not official tracking but surely you should be able to add the parcel reference number? You can’t edit or add the tracking info once you have bought the shipping.
I swapped to buy shipping rather than using my post office to pay (which I feel awful about as I like to support my post office) purely to keep my VTR high, and I want to post 2nd class small parcel, but I just had an A-Z claim upheld when an order didn’t get to the customer with royal mail (think it’s lost), even though I shipped it using amazon buy shipping, and one of the reasons it was upheld when I appealed, was that I hadn’t added tracking. On Etsy when you buy shipping the parcel reference automatically goes onto the shipping information and counts as the tracking but seems it doesn’t on amazon?

No - shipping bought on amazon cannot be edited

No, as Kris says, you cannot add or edit anything when using ‘buy shipping’.
I am not sure about the A-Z as I thought that any postage bought via buy shipping protected you against claims ? - may be wrong though.

Thank you. I’m just frustrated as I also thought you had some sort of protection using Buy Shipping if you got an A-Z for an undelivered parcel. It has counted on my ODR - is it not meant to? I did explain it all in the appeal and said I had used Buy Shipping but they still refunded on my behalf and put it in my ODR.
The other annoying thing was the customer messaged me on New Year’s Eve asking for a replacement or a refund. I replied and said I would post a replacement on Tuesday this week, as it was bank holiday on Monday, but then on New Year’s Day they put in an A-Z and said I hadn’t replied when I had so they obviously didn’t see my reply. All so frustrating.
