How to change pricing
Good afternoon
I currently sell in the media section (books) and charge the price of the item plus £2.80 delivery, I would like to change to a price with free delivery incorporating the cost of the delivery into the price of the book, how do i do this, I have over 10k items and it would prove a huge task if I had to amend each price, ie if the original price was £3 + £2.80 delivery I would change to £5.80 with free delivery so 1, I would like to know how to change the shipping settings and 2, would like to know if there is an easy way to amend pricing

And download the “Price and quantity update” file.
Then go to inventory -> inventory reports and download a full list of all your SKUs with quantities and pricing.
Fill in the pricing file, it should be fairly obvious how to do this.
Upload it through: inventory -> add products via upload (don’t worry this won’t actually add new products but it’s the same menu for all upload types regardless of whether they add, edit or delete), I believe books are counted as media items? as such you need to select the “price and quantity file” option from the drop-down, for non-media you use the “inventory files for non-media categories” instead (Amazon is fairly smart with this so if you choose the wrong one it generally still works but less likely to).

(settings -> shipping settings -> shipping templates)
If you modify an existing template it will automatically update the existing items that use that template.
If you need to change the shipping template on multiple items there’s a file for that too, but I can’t seem to find it at the moment…
I should add, you cannot do any of this if you’re not on a professional seller account.
