Hi, I have signed up for the amazon VAT program, after waiting 6-8 weeks I finally got my German VAT number, which is verified on Amazon but my account is still suspended, and my case with seller support hasn’t had any update for weeks. any advise. ?

Have you uploaded the German Tax Certificate as well? We have just completed the process.

It’s been 8 weeks and I still haven’t received my German VAT certificate.
And my DE account also is temporarily suspended. The reason for the suspension is Amazon’s mistake, but they don’t want to know anything about it.
