Will the Amazon platform deduct VAT?
My company’s registered address is in the UK, I only sell on Amazon UK, and I deliver products to buyers from within the UK. In this case, will the Amazon platform deduct VAT? Can I apply for a VAT exemption? Where should I apply for VAT exemption? Hope you guys can help me solve this problem, thank you, best wishes.

If you are a UK resident business selling to UK customers then Amazon will not involve VAT unless you tell them to.
VAT ‘exemption’ is only declaring that you are not required to be registered for VAT and so Amazon will raise customer receipts on your behalf. It does not affect you paying VAT on services charged to you nor will it affect the prices your customers pay.

I might be wrong, but believe that if you’re resident in Hungary (as you state) and your UK limited company has only a virtual office address (rather than a real office with actual staff working in it), HMRC will require you to register for UK VAT as a NETP.
See Section 9 in particular.
