Hi All

Bit worried by this one, just had a phone call from 'Amazon Business' saying the e-mail address I use for my Seller account is also associated with a personal account and they want to change that personal account to a 'business account'.

I have no kowledge of that whatsoever. To my knowledge the e-maill address used in my seller account is ONLY used in my seller account and no other. I do have an Amazon 'Business acount' where I buy stationary etc for the business but it doesn't use the seller account e-mail. I also have a personal account but again different e-mail completely. I told them I couldn't do anything straight away as I wanted to check things out first.

I have had my professional seller account for about 10 years using the same e-mail address. I can think of no reason why I would have used the same e-mail to set up a personal amazon account unless I have forgotten. I am concerned as I have read on these forums about accounts being deactivated due to having multiple accounts and if what I am being told is true I have another account out there that I know nothing about (albeit a personal one).

Any help or suggestions, should I call seller support and check with them, although the person on the phone said i would have to call normal Amazon help as it's a personal account.?????

Just wanted to share our pain with you guys.

Over the summer we decided to pursue our Amazon journey on an account we opened several years ago. Since we had to reactivate the account, we obviously faced verification requests.

We provided all the information and were informed that we will be receiving an e-mail with next steps for verifications. Days passed, we checked everywhere in our e-mails (yes, spam folder included) and we were yet to locate such an e-mail.

Naturally, we escalated this case with Seller Support, who promised to take care of the matter. It now has been more than a week and we are still waiting empty handed for the mythical 'next verification steps' e-mail. Over our half dozen conducted phone calls seller support claimed that they have done everything they can to help us get a 'repeat e-mail with the following verification steps' and it is out of their hands at this point.

At this point we do not know what can we do other than desparately post on forums, pray and hope for some help here, since our only line of support claims that it is out of their hands...

The worst part in all of this is that currently we have a shipment delivered at the warehouse, which is slowly becoming a stranded one, so we got that thing going for us! Oh and we have also invested thousands in a new product specifically designed for Amazon and we are currenthly halting our production due to incompetence like this!!!

This is unacceptable.

Es werden eine Rechnung des Stromversorgers mit Datum und eine Gewerbeanmeldung gefordert. Die haben wir mehrfach gemäß der Richtlinien hochgeladen. Immer wieder bekommen wir die gleiche Standardmail die uns erklärt, dass es abgelehnt wurde und was wir hochladen sollen.

Genau das laden wir auch immer hoch. Neulich hatte ich ein Telefonat mit einer Mitarbeiterin und auch sie sagte sie verstehe das nicht. Alles würde passen und sie bespricht den Fall und ruft zurück. Hat sie am nächsten Tag auch getan. Leider war ich in einem Termin und habe das verpasst. Ergebnis: Wieder die gleiche Mail.

Was können wir noch tun?
