Campaign Manager User Permissions

Hi,

Hope you are well.

We are trying to add someone to our Amazon account and give appropriate permisisons to campaign manager, however, its not even an option .See screenhot attached.

We have a business account and I can access the advertising section myself no issues, even campaign manager. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
