Seller account approval time and UPC codes
Hi, I signed up for a seller account 2 days ago and still didnt get an approval from Amazon.
My second question is regarding to adding a product to my account, if this product is already listed but with a different logo… what do I need in order to add it to my account? special UPC code? etc?

2 days is nothing - you may have to wait weeks.
Signing up is only the first step, you will now have to go through full verification - all your details will have to be verified - your identity and bank account details etc.

That will tell you all you need to know about selling on Amazon - not such an easy platform these days - LOTS of rules, restrictions, approvals etc. depending on what you are hoping to sell.
Your second question - if the item has a different logo then the seller must have applied for Brand Registry and no, you cannot sell on that listing.
If yours is different in any way you will have to purchase your own barcode (from GS1 - the only ones Amazon will acccept), and if you have a brand then you will also need to apply for brand registry.
